Hello.

My name is Gordi Thompson and I’m passionate about helping others fulfil their potential and achieve their goals.

My story

I’ve always been interested in understanding people, connecting with others and creating positive change!

I was born in Serbia and before turning 10, moved to the UK where I struggled with learning a new language and fitting in whilst studying for secondary school exams. After school, I studied Psychology and went on to have a successful career in the corporate world. Over the last 15 years, I worked in various procurement and project management roles.

Having the enthusiasm to work with big teams and large organisations, I had the pleasure of working with many multinational brands like L’Oreal, Diageo, Birds Eye, Disney and Barclays (to name a few!). I’ve also spent over 10 years working for Accenture, one of the biggest global tech consultancies, where I led diverse teams through significant change.

What led to my career change?

Over the course of my career, I’ve benefitted from having some amazing coaches and mentors that shaped who I am today. Along the way, I’ve developed valuable skills and techniques, which I’ve applied to my own life as a working mum.

This includes managing my return to work from maternity leave, being dyslexic in a fast-paced work culture and more recently, pivoting to a new career with running my own businesses.

I now have my ideal lifestyle and I am excited in helping you find yours!

What's it like to work with me?

As a transitional guide, I use proven tools and techniques in order to discover what drives and motivates you.

I’m straight talking, curious and keen to get the job done. As a procurement consultant, this is what has been my strength and driving force. It’s important to have fun, and be creative, as well as being able to switch to a serious conversation, when needed.

I provide a sounding board with a different lens: through thoughtful questioning, I will guide you on your journey of discovery. I help individuals get unstuck and discover their super powers!
