What is coaching?

A coaching relationship is a partnership. You have all the answers, I as your coach, will help you get to them.

Coaching provides a sounding board with a different perspective and through thoughtful questioning, I guide people on a journey of discovery.

I do this by being a thought partner who listens deeply, asks powerful questions, and notices patterns. I help people get unstuck and reach their goals through a structured approach which promotes accountability.

Getting out of your comfort zone is necessary to move forward. Where appropriate, I aim to help clients manage their fears and equip them to face challenges.
